Health and Safety: Mozambique is a malaria risk area. Malaria prophylaxis is strongly recommended; consult your travel doctor. Use insect repellent (DEET/icaridin), wear long sleeves at dusk, and use bed nets if advised. Pack personal toiletries and medication.

Day 1 — Arrival (Vilanculos → Tofo)
Flight into Vilanculos (late morning/early afternoon). Scenic 3.5‑hour transfer to Tofo with drinks and roadside snacks. Check in at your beach side lodge , welcome drinks on the deck and dinner at leisure.
Day 2 — Village Discovery & Horseback Ride
Optional oceanfront vinyasa yoga. Included 90‑minute horseback ride through Tofo village and along the beach. Afternoon at leisure — pool, workspace or village exploration.
Day 3 — Dhow Island Adventure (Pansy Island)
Planned Traditional dhow sailing to Pansy Island with estuary snorkelling (seahorse nursery) and sandbank beach time. Optional evening market shopping and dinner in Tofo village.

Slow‑flow yoga, optional activities (surf lessons, extra snorkelling, estuary paddling) or a full beach day. Use your massage if not already taken.
Day 8 — Departure (Tofo → Vilanculos)
Early breakfast, settle extras and transfer back to Vilanculos for your flight to Cape Town.
